January 2022 update

This is going to be brief.

I'm going through a lot of work related changes so there won't be a write up. My portfolio has been battered in January but I've barely had time to look at it.

I'm leaving my salaried NHS role this week. I'll be working independently in the same sector at a higher grade role across some familiar organisations but as a short-term contractor.

The set up costs and unpredictability of contracting and our plans to work abroad later this year are messing will my ability to invest - a shame, because a few things on my watchlist have finally touched attractive levels.

I simply haven't had to time to update my due diligence and don't have any free cash.

I'll be back once things settle down.

All the best

Oh, how I can relate. Just do you man and whatever is best. This is a marathon not a race so go at your pace and we see you (hopefully) back soon :)
